Job description

Each service team consists of a Lead Technician and an Assistant Technician. Advancement opportunities are plentiful within the company - we promote from within on a routine basis. We hire every Assistant Technician with the hope that they would be able to be quickly promoted to a Lead Technician. Lead Technicians start at $22hr and have a potential bonus annually of $7,280 ($280 per paycheck) and Assistant Technicians start at $20. Hoodz of Nashville and Chattanooga is the largest, fastest-growing kitchen exhaust cleaning company in the state of TN. We currently service over 1,300 locations and counting, as Middle TN and the MidSouth grow at a rapid pace. 4 Payroll Bonused Keys to Success:

• Job Efficiency- Each service we perform has a time schedule that technicians must complete work within. Technicians will be graded upon how efficiently they perform their work.
• Job Completion- On most service schedules, we complete multiple jobs in one scheduled shift. We grade technicians for completing the scheduled work in an individual shift.
• Job Quality- Every service is graded in detail through photo verification, customer feedback, and deficiency communication.
• Revenue Goals: Each team has a revenue goal to complete within a two-week period.

Here are some basics about how the job is done:

• Meet at our office to pick up needed equipment and drive the company truck to each job site.
• Unload tools on the job site and set up for cleaning.
• Clean the kitchen exhaust system (hoods, ducts, fans) using pressure washers and degreasing detergents.
• Polish and cleanup facility.
• Leave the job site better than you found it and head to the next job.

Other Details:

Job Type: Full-time/3rd shift. Required availability: 7 pm-7 am Sunday night through Friday morning (does not reflect actual scheduled hours). Employees average 40 hours/week. Overtime opportunities are available, but never mandatory.

Compensation: Starts $20/hour, with the ability to earn $22/hour after completing the Lead Technician Training Program (usually within 3-6 months). Performance bonuses are in addition to hourly pay and are paid out every 2 weeks. Compensation increases as you progress in the company and acquire experience and additional certifications.
